New feature for Audience Insights, the innovative Social Listening solution by Network Insight: An automatic weekly report is sent to Audience Insights user by email showing the top mentions of the week.
The report delivers an overview on the mentions count collected, the predominant sentiment (emotion analysis) as well as the top mentions and most used hashtags of the past week.
The report also shows the audience’s top mentions of the past week. These are mentions that show particulary high reach and interaction.
Configure in Account Settings
Emails for weekly reports may be configured in your account’s settings after logging into your Audience Insights account. In the settings – available under “Account”, “Settings” – you can activate or de-activate the weekly reports under “Notifications”.
Weekly reports for Audience Insights deliver a fast, general overview about a few of your target audience’s Social Media KPI. Your account’s dashboard enables you to take a closer, more detailed analysis with numerous social analytics and monitoring options.
